- Viral fever cases are rising among children in Delhi, say doctors
Cases of viral fever have been reported among children in Delhi. General Pediatrics Director of Madhukar Rainbow Children Hospital Dr Nitin Verma on September 08 said that few cases of dengue and H3N2 have been reported in the past week. “We've had few cases of dengue in the past week. It's linked with monsoon. So based on what we've seen, I think dengue has started. But I've had few cases of H3N2 (form of Swine Flu) which is a different kind of viral. Can be diagnosed by simple throat swab,” he said.
